So, this summer I was hoping to have lots of plans, lots of fun. So far, that seems to be getting accomplished. But, when I'm alone, without friends, without anyone things get a little strange. It's like I've been in a comatose and I'm just now waking up. It feels as if there's something to do at every moment, something crucial for completion but when I go to actually relieve my stress to complete the activity there's nothing to do.
Like, every second I'm rushing people because I feel as if there's something I need to do. My stress and anxiety levels have shot through the roof and I just can't understand why. It's as if someone has taken the hardest, most packed schedule in the universe and put it in just one of my days. I feel as if all the nonexistent plans will never be accomplished or completed. Like, I'm forgetting something that's not there. That never will be there.
This only happens when I'm alone though. When I am with people I feel absolutely fine. I feel a little paranoid sometimes, but other than that I'm fine. I just don't understand where this feeling comes from.
I also get this feeling of paranoia when people go through my stuff. I'm very confused about this too. There's nothing I have to hide I just get this nervous, guilty feeling like there's something on there that shouldn't be even when I know there's nothing. Exactly like the first feeling but in a different context. It's just very bewildering, and I don't know what's causing it.
Well, I'm sorry this rant was longish and all about me, but I'm ending it here so no worries. If you have ever felt this way, you know the extreme hell of which I speak and I have empathy for you.

comatose
There are days where I feel obligated to do things, feel like I need to because it will relieve stress, but completing the task itself seems so stressful that I sit there wondering what I should do. Put it off for another day and continue to relax? Do it now, get it over with and be tired and stressed in the process?
Summer, for me, is a time where I can catch up on everything I missed out on during the school year. In summer I finally have time to read, finally have time to experiment with new makeup, finally have time to SLEEP, and finally have time to go out with friends and have fun. So naturally of course when it comes to something like cleaning or any other activity that makes me want to to vomit, like conditioning for soccer (which could quite literally make me vomit), I just don't feel like doing it. I mean, I finally have time for fun, and when having fun is all I want to do, completing tasks that don't make me happy is hard and usually never get completed.
The point of this whole rant is that as I am typing this, I should be cleaning my room. Actually, I should've cleaned my room earlier today, when the sun was still out, or earlier in the week when I was at home doing absolutely nothing. And after cleaning my room, I should be packing my stuff for vacation, which I'll be leaving my house for in approximately 11 hours.
But I just can't muster up the willpower or determination or mental capability to force myself off of the Internet, off of my couch, and just start shoving things back in place in my room or hastily piling stuff into a suitcase, and quite frankly, it's ridiculous. I know, it's also ridiculous that I am aware of how ridiculous these situations are yet I don't do anything to change the fact, but that's the problem. I can't. I am one hell of a procrastinator, and if procrastination was in the form of a drug, I'd be addicted to that shit.
Isn't it fascinating that something so seemingly small to some people can be a huge deal to others? I noticed that a lot during my freshman year of high school. For example, completing my homework in under three hours would be a near blessing for me, but for some of my fellow classmates, completing the same homework would take under an hour. This frustrates the hell out of me. And knowing that I take things so insignificant like cleaning my room and packing for vacation and turn them into complex ordeals also torments me. I'm not good at a lot of things, but things that are so mundane and universally easy for the majority of the population to complete should not eternally be a challenge for me. It'll take time, but hopefully I'll find more motivation in these little things.
This is a weird and long rant-ish post so I'll end it here. If anyone else can relate, you know the struggle.

Bloody Poolside
Hey it's Alora. Well, today was supposed to be awesome. Mikayla and I were going to go to my uncle's pool and swim and we were both so excited. We were swimming and having a great time and then we decided to tan. My sister looks down and screams "Alora, you're bleeding through!" I was so embarrased. I ran inside and changed and now I'm sitting outside watching everyone have a great time in the pool. Damn, mother nature. Had to sneak up on me. Well, yeah. That's been my day. Hope yours goes better (:

HELLO YOU BEAUTIFUL CREATURES
Hi! I am Mikayla (a.k.a. MoJo) and I like to write and I also like the internet! (Which I'm sure all bloggers say haha.)
Hey! I'm Alora (a.k.a. LoLo) and I like reading and as well like the internet!
Alora and I are both 15 and have been best friends since kindergarten. Awkward girl meets other awkward girl and BAM instant friendship! So we have different fonts that we use to identify ourselves in our writing. Mine is Verdana (this font) and Alora's is Helvetica (because she's basic.)
Okay then ^, lol. Anyways, we decided to create this blog because we're creative and it's also 1 o'clock in the morning and we're very bored.
Calling me boring, huh^ lol jk but yah ditto that plus I mean I need a place to rant and post random weird stuff so hey if you're into that we are gonna get along well :-)
Well, ditto. I don't really know what else to say, so I guess thats all for now.
Bye guys!
Bye guys!
P.S. Here's a pic of us recently! Alora is the girl standing and I'm the girl on her back #friendshipgoals
